Easter Eggsitement

On Wednesday, we had an Egg Hunt at the church. It turned out good considering that we had to have it in the gym because of the snowy/rainy weather. My sister came with her two boys and all the boys had fun gathering eggs for their baskets.

On Saturday, in between the wonderful conference sessions (which I mostly cried through). We went over to my friend's house. We had lunch, cupcake decorating, and a little egg hunt for the kids. Again, the boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My brother Jason also came to visit ,but he spent a lot of his time up on temple square going to conference.

The boys also had their share of fun dying eggs. I had to make it so that they mostly decorated after awhile so that we could have some eggs that weren't broken. I must admit they do have some pretty sweet decorating skills.

On Easter Morning, for breakfast we ate holiday morning rolls and oranges while Glen read us the story of Jesus' resurrection. This is a tradition the I would love to continue. I also loved having conference to listen to during the day. What a wonderful way to celebrate the most important part of Heavenly Father's plan by listening to the prophets testify of Christ. After conference was over we went over to Glen's parent's house and had Easter dinner. Jason also came with us.
This video is just for fun. This is Noah whipping out the air guitar during conference.
