What a nice Christmas! Sure Glen was sick for most of it, but he didn't complain too much and it was still nice to have him home. I just love being a parent at Christmastime. It never ceases to amaze me how much excitement can come from watching an enthusiastic kid open presents. We had some good times this week. My parents came to spend a little time before they were off to my brother's house for Christmas.
On Tuesday we got together at my cousin's house and had a "Seafood" Christmas party. Everything was yummy and it was nice to hang out with family.
On Christmas Eve, we went to Glen's parents house, ate, and hung out with Glen's sisters & fam. We also went to their house for Christmas where we ate leftovers and played our new family game (Lord of the Rings the boardgame). I bet you can guess who picked that game out for the family. It was fun after we figured out how to play. I am always wary of games that have more than 3 pages of instructions. :) It is fun though, so if any of you want to get together and play with us that would be awesome.
Jaron loves all the gifts that he got, but he especially loves the noisy ( I mean sound effect) toys he got. Lucky us!! I do have to admit that I did give him one of them though, so I guess I can't complain too much. He got a Go Diego big wheel from his Grandparents that he loves. Here are some videos. Just play them over and over then you will get the full effect. :)

I hate noise toys. I am twitching just thinking about it. Glad the boys were fun though, it is definitely the best part.
Hey, Jaron and Noah look like they had a good time. Jaron is quite the dancer. He and Emily should dance together sometime.
Very fun, Rachel! Your boys are getting cuter all the time.
That is so cute. I love watching him put the ball in the toy. He's so careful! Thankfully we skipped the noisy toys ... except for the harmonica Cohen got for Christmas!! Arg!
We're in IF now and thinking about coming to SLC to see the lights for New Years (depending on work and weather). If not New Year's, we'll have to get together soon now that I'm, like 12 hours closer!!
Glad you had a wonderful christmas! Love the elf dance below..very cute!!!
Hey, Rachel, it's been a while-- I just checked your blog and your little boys are so grown up! I can't believe how old Noah is looking now-- he doesn't look like a baby any more! What cuties.
