Grandma's house

This weekend Lisa and I went up to Grandma's with the kids. We had both been thinking about doing it for awhile, but we just hadn't got around to it. We decide just to do it, so we left our husbands and went. It was a long drive with the two little ones. We were so glad when we got there. Grandma was so happy to see us. Grandma and Jaron hit it off right away. Jaron usually likes people, but he still usually mantains his distance. He wasn't like that with Grandma (although I think the fancy organ helped). Grandma would play the organ and Jaron would just watch and rock out. Buttons so many buttons ;) We also went to the nursing home to see Helen. Most of the time we were there Jaron was holding Grandma's hand. At night Grandma and Jaron were talking to each other in a goo goo gaw gaw language. Grandma would say something and Jaron would repeat it. It was funny because they stopped for awhile and Jaron went in to the living room. When came back into the kitchen he just looked at Grandma, got a big grin and said goo goo gaw. It was hilarious. Grandma said that she thought he would be ok if I wasn't there and he just stayed with her. :)
She also enjoyed holding Ammon and asking Lisa if she could feed him some cheese, crackers, juice etc. . . Lisa kept having to explain that he only drinks breast milk. hahaha I remember when we went there before and Jaron was a little over two months and she kept wanting to feed him orange juice. We also went shopping while we were there. It was so nice to see Grandma and to watch her and Jaron play. Grandma has a great house for hide and seek between the kitchen and the dining room. You should have seen Grandma and Jaron peeking around the corners at each other.
